1. Services Provided
She Means Data provides consultancy and advisory services relating to recruitment CRM reporting, operational reporting processes, and data review activities.
Services may include:
- Recruitment CRM data health checks
- reporting and dashboard reviews
- workflow and process reviews
- reporting recommendations
- Power BI/reporting support
- operational reporting guidance
- CRM data and reporting analysis
Services are consultancy-based and advisory in nature.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, services do not include software development, system implementation, legal advice, financial advice, or enterprise data engineering work.
2. Project Scope
The scope of work for each project will be agreed before work begins.
Project details may be outlined through:
- proposals
- scope documents
- emails
- statements of work
- onboarding documentation
Deliverables, timelines, assumptions, and agreed review areas will be defined as part of the project scope.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may require:
- separate quotation
- revised timelines
- additional approval
This helps maintain clear expectations, delivery consistency, and project focus.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing access to relevant systems, reports, and information required for the project
- ensuring information shared is accurate and appropriately authorised where possible
- responding to reasonable requests required to progress the work
- obtaining any necessary internal approvals or permissions relating to data sharing
- reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within reasonable timeframes
Delays in communication, access, or information provision may affect delivery timelines.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
Pricing and payment terms will be agreed before work begins.
Invoices are typically payable within 7 or 14 calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For some projects, upfront payment may be required before consultancy work commences.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges and will be discussed before proceeding.
She Means Data is currently not VAT registered.
5. Payment & Project Commencement
Introductory and discovery calls are intended to:
- understand reporting challenges
- assess suitability
- discuss potential project scope
- determine whether consultancy support is appropriate
No formal consultancy work, analysis, or review activity will begin until:
- project scope and pricing have been agreed
- an invoice has been issued where applicable
- payment has been received where upfront payment applies
- required access and information have been provided
Project timelines and delivery estimates begin only once all required information, access, and payment requirements have been completed.
She Means Data reserves the right to delay or pause work where:
- payment remains outstanding
- required information or access has not been provided
- communication delays significantly affect delivery progress
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require separate quotation and approval before proceeding.
6. Project Timelines
Project timelines are provided as reasonable estimates based on the information available at the time.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on:
- project complexity
- responsiveness
- system access
- information availability
- operational dependencies
Delays in receiving information, approvals, or system access may impact delivery schedules.
Where possible, findings summaries and deliverables will be provided within the agreed working-day timeframe discussed during project onboarding.
7. Confidentiality
Client information shared during consultancy work will be treated confidentially.
Information will only be used for the purpose of delivering agreed consultancy services unless otherwise required by law.
Reasonable professional care is taken when handling client information, reports, CRM exports, and operational documentation.
Confidential information will not be unnecessarily shared with third parties.
8. Data Handling
Reasonable measures are taken to protect project-related information and files.
This may include:
- password-protected devices and systems
- organised file storage
- limiting unnecessary data retention
- deleting files or exports when no longer required where appropriate
Clients remain responsible for ensuring that any information shared with She Means Data is shared lawfully and with appropriate internal permissions.
9. Limitation Of Liability
Services provided by She Means Data are advisory and consultancy-based.
Recommendations and findings are prepared using the information available at the time of review.
While reasonable care is taken in preparing deliverables and recommendations, She Means Data cannot guarantee:
- specific business outcomes
- reporting accuracy outside reviewed information
- operational performance improvements
- third-party system reliability
She Means Data shall not be responsible for:
- indirect or consequential business losses
- operational decisions made by the client
- loss of revenue or profit
- issues arising from third-party software, systems, or data sources
Liability shall be limited to the value of the consultancy fees paid for the relevant project.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, reports, templates, frameworks, documentation, and materials created by She Means Data remain the intellectual property of She Means Data.
Clients may use project deliverables internally within their business for operational and reporting purposes.
Deliverables may not be resold, redistributed, or reproduced commercially without written permission.
11. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may cancel a project before formal work begins.
Where work has already commenced, completed work and time spent is still chargeable.
Projects may be paused or terminated where:
- communication becomes significantly delayed
- required access or information is not provided
- payment obligations are not met
- project requirements materially change from the agreed scope
Where possible, reasonable notice and communication will be provided before pausing or terminating work.

Information provided on the She Means Data website, social content, or general materials is intended for informational purposes only.
Content should not be considered formal legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
Specific consultancy recommendations are only provided as part of agreed client engagements.
